We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have.
Information We Collect
To fulfill your orders and answer your requests, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers such as your name, email address, and shipping address.
- Commercial information, such as the artwork you have purchased.
- Payment information, entered directly on our processor's secure checkout (we never see your full card number).
- Limited, anonymous internet activity that helps us improve the site.
We Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to the service providers who help us complete your order, such as our payment processor and shipping carriers, and only as needed to serve you.
Your California Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Access a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete the personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (though we do neither).
- Non-discrimination - we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
How to Submit a Request
Email us at hello@slg.art with the word "Privacy" in the subject line and let us know what you would like. We will verify your identity to protect your information and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
