These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made through SLG.art from Sarah L Glabman Fine Art. Placing an order means you accept them.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected securely at checkout through Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing error before a piece ships.
Editions & Authenticity
Collector's Reserve editions are strictly limited and permanently retired once the edition sells out. Open editions are produced on demand and are not numbered. Every limited edition arrives signed and with a Certificate of Authenticity. You can read the full commitment on The Collector's Promise.
Made to Order
Because each piece is printed and finished individually to museum standards, most orders are crafted after you purchase. Typical production and delivery windows are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. We will keep you informed at each step.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across the United States and Canada, carefully packaged for the journey. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary with carrier and destination. Responsibility for the artwork passes to you on delivery.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange return shipping and a replacement of equal value. Because works are made to order, please reach out before returning anything so we can coordinate the details with you.
Arrived damaged? Photograph the packaging and the piece and email us within 7 days. We will replace a damaged artwork at no cost to you.
Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. For international destinations, any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Title
You receive full ownership of the physical artwork once payment has cleared and the piece is delivered. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with Sarah L Glabman.
