Standing before the iconic Crystal Mill in Colorado, surrounded by brilliant golden aspens, rushing mountain water, and the towering peaks of the Rocky Mountains, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had stepped into a fairy tale.
Photographed on my birthday, October 2, at the height of Colorado's spectacular fall colors, this image became one of the most memorable moments of my photographic journey. The adventure to reach Crystal Mill only made the experience more meaningful, and when I finally arrived, time seemed to stand still. The historic mill, emerald waters, cascading waterfall, and vibrant autumn landscape created a scene that felt almost too magical to be real.
